COVID-19 lockdown

The South Australian Government has announced a seven-day lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

From 6pm, Tuesday, 20 July, level five restrictions will be in place.

There are only five reasons to leave home. They are:

  • Care and compassion grounds
  • Essential work
  • Purchasing essential goods, such as groceries or medical supplies
  • Medical reasons, including getting COVID tested or vaccinated
  • Exercise with those in your household, within 2.5km of your home and for no more than 90 minutes per day.
All community activities will be closed, while masks must be worn when you are in a public place, including on public transport. The level five list of essential workers can be found here.

More information about the restrictions will be released soon and we will provide an additional update at this time.
