Live Music and Event Cancellation Fund

COVID-19 restrictions have had a significant impact on the ability to host successful live music performances.

The Live Music and Event Cancellation Fund aims to provide some certainty to South Australia’s events and live music industry and will seek to limit financial losses associated with running major ticketed live music events in South Australia.

Financial assistance of between $10,000 and $250,000 will be made available if an event or live music performance is cancelled or rescheduled due to the introduction of COVID-19 restrictions.

It will assist event organisers cover legitimately incurred cost and expenses when forced to cancel or reschedule due to the introduction of restrictions.
