Eligible landlords will be offered a 25 per cent reduction on their 2019-20 land tax liability on affected properties as part of the State Government's land tax relief package.
Landlords of residential and small and medium business tenants, including gyms, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons and
hairdressers which have been significantly impacted by COVID-19, will be required to pass on the full benefit to their tenants.
