Small Business Showcase - understand your workplace rights and obligations
- The Small Business Showcase has resources including factsheets, online courses, tools, templates and checklists to support you through every stage of employing staff, from hiring, paying and leave to record and performance management
- The Fair Work Employer Advisory Service (EAS) is a free service for small businesses, where you can talk to an adviser in more detail and get free tailored written advice.

Advice about workplace issues
The Workplace Advice Service offers free legal advice to small businesses to resolve issues early.
Your business can be eligible for the Workplace Advice Service if you have fewer than 15 employees and do not have:
- membership with an employer association
- in-house staff who specialise in workplace relations, HR or law
- legal representation.
