An initiative in South Australia's Small Business Strategy 2023 - 2030, the Small Business Fundamentals Program is an opportunity for small business owners to build knowledge and capabilities in areas such as finance and investment, management, strategic planning, marketing and communications, human resources and more.
The programs will be delivered through workshops, seminars, mentoring, training sessions and more, and will help your business with access to essential knowledge, assisting you to sustainably grow your businesses.

Businesses will be connected to expert facilitators who will help you identify the key plans, priorities, and processes that your business needs to succeed. Each participant will develop a new or updated business plan.

Creative practitioners and arts professionals will be supported to build your capacity to apply strategies to your professional goals and to devise practical business plans within the creative economy. There will be networking and collaboration opportunities through a guided peer-coaching program.
