Mindarma

Mindarma was developed based on world-first research conducted at the University of New South Wales and the Black Dog Institute. The program, which already supports many thousands of Australian workers, has now been customised to reflect the common stressors faced by those in small and family businesses.

About the Mindarma program

E-learning modules

The Mindarma e-learning program includes ten short interactive sessions, which provide practical psychological skills, proven protection and is available digitally on computer, tablet or smartphone.

Expert webinar events

Participants will have access to a full calendar of webinar events, including psychologist-led skills sessions that will enable participants to explore mindfulness, self-compassion and other restorative practises.

All events will be available live or on demand through Mindarma’s Brain Food continuous learning platform.

Explore to restore

The Brain Food platform offers access to a complete suite of mental health resources, including guided mindfulness audio tracks, videos, podcasts, articles, book recommendations, research and more. An Indigenous Wisdom section highlights Indigenous approaches to mental health, while collections on topics such as sleep, nutrition and financial wellbeing make finding relevant resources simple.
