Application and variation forms

You will need to:

• Complete the application form identifying eligible small businesses on your embedded network
• Submit the completed form directly to your energy retailer (see list below)
• When the bulk credit is received from your energy retailer, you must pass-on the relief to each eligible tenant on your embedded network
• If a correction is required to any claims, you are required to notify your retailer by submitting a variation form.
