Connect your business to future tech talent

South Australia’s tech talent pool is getting a boost, with the first group of South Australian students transitioning from training to employment through FORTE (Financing of Return to Employment).

Backed by the South Australian Government, the innovative program is delivering no-cost, high quality training to equip 150 South Australians with the digital skills required to work in the state’s fast-growing hi-tech sectors.

Designed to increase the diversity of the state’s high-tech sector, the program specifically recruits women, young people aged 18-24, First Nations people, and those living with a disability.

The program is already achieving excellent early outcomes in its first year, with more than 40 per cent of recent graduates securing jobs at companies including Avande, PWC and Accenture.

Businesses seeking tech staff are encouraged to connect with the FORTE team or visit the website for more information.
