Anna Beaumont is the Director and Principal of Beaumont Solutions, a South Australian consultancy specialising in workplace health and safety compliance.

The business provides a range of services, including gap analysis audits, training and hands-on consulting, serving industries such as construction, mining and local government. Beaumont Solutions works with businesses across urban and remote Australia, helping clients create safer work environments through practical, tailored solutions.

Through the Women in Business Advisory Program, delivered by Behind Closed Doors, Anna gained valuable mentoring, expert insights and a powerful network of women leaders.

“The support I received was incredibly valuable,” says Anna.

“The program provided me with a wealth of skills and mentoring opportunities that have significantly enhanced my professional development.”

She credits group coaching with award-winning entrepreneur Kylie Bishop and one-on-one mentoring with Sarah Howell for helping her navigate key decisions about growth and business structure.

“This program brought together accomplished women leading major initiatives across South Australia, eager to share their knowledge and help me navigate business growth and the challenges of managing expansion,” Anna says.

“This group has shown me that when all women have a strong foundation, they can focus on looking up and realising the next set of opportunities.”

Over the past year, Beaumont Solutions has doubled its client base and expanded its reach across South Australia, from Port Lincoln to Kangaroo Island. Anna and her team are now taking on larger projects and integrating quality and environmental systems to support broader client needs.

“The investment we received from the South Australian Government through the Women in Business Advisory Program demonstrates a tangible commitment to women business owners.”
