Matched funding available for manufactures

Applications for round two of the Integration and Translation Streams of the Federal Government’s $1.3 billion Modern Manufacturing Initiative (MMI) open in December.
The Manufacturing Integration Stream supports projects that integrate Australian businesses into domestic and international value chains.

The Manufacturing Translation Stream helps Australian manufacturers translate high quality research and ideas into commercial outcomes.

Businesses can apply for co-funding grants of between $1 million and $20 million, up to 50 per cent of the eligible project expenditure.

Applications will open in two tranches, starting 13 December 2021.
