The start of a new year is often when business owners look for practical ways to improve how their business runs, whether that’s managing cash flow, planning ahead, leading staff or making better use of digital tools.


The Small Business Fundamentals Program provides tailored, low-cost support to help you build capability in these core areas.

Programs are delivered by partner organisations across metro and regional SA, giving you access to free or low-cost workshops, mentoring and training to drive growth and long-term resilience in your business.

Leadership and digital marketing workshops for hospitality and tourism businesses, delivered by the Australian Hotels Association (SA).

Coaching, group mentoring and workshops to support social enterprises and purpose-driven small and family businesses. Delivered by Collab4Good, the program is suited to social enterprises, First Nations-owned businesses and small and family businesses interested in increasing social or environmental impact.

A structured three-month program for established business owners looking to strengthen their knowledge and plan for growth. Delivered by the South Australian Business Chamber, the program includes interactive workshops, one-on-one mentoring and practical tools and resources.

Mentoring and advisory support delivered by the South Australian Tourism Industry Council (TiCSA) to help tourism businesses strengthen capability and plan for the future.
