Women in Business - Dipleen Arneja, Aeon Disability Services

Dipleen Arneja founded Aeon Disability Services in 2019, providing specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living and learning programs for people with disabilities. Now managing director, Dipleen has worked in the support sector for over a decade, working with children and young people with disabilities in education.

The challenges Dipleen faced while setting up Aeon Disability Services were much the same as many women in business face. She was finding it hard to achieve work life balance and set healthy boundaries in her career. Dipleen joined the Women in Business Program because she was seeking an external mentor to help her grow both professionally and personally, and finding the program felt like a missing piece of the puzzle for her.

Through the Women in Business Program, she has found opportunities to interact with business experts and has created an uplifting circle of women who help guide her and build her confidence as a business leader.

Find out more about what Dipleen has learned from the Women in Business Program and how she’s using it to evolve her business.
