Mindarma was developed based on world-first research conducted at the University of New South Wales and the Black Dog Institute. The program, which already supports many thousands of Australian workers, has now been customised to reflect the common stressors faced by those in small and family businesses.

The Brain Food
platform offers access to a complete suite of mental health resources, including guided mindfulness audio tracks, videos, podcasts, articles, book recommendations, research and more. An Indigenous Wisdom section highlights Indigenous approaches to mental health, while collections on topics such as sleep, nutrition and financial wellbeing make finding relevant resources simple.

Helping deliver the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program
Individual Mindarma subscriptions typically retail for $99, however South Australian small and family business owners and their employees can now access this program for free, as part of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Program – an initiative within South Australia’s Small Business Strategy 2023 – 2030.
