Small Business Fundamentals Drought Support

Support for small businesses to build skills, improve operations and plan for long term resilience

The Small Business Fundamentals Program provides tailored mentoring, workshops, and training sessions for small businesses in drought affected regions.

Delivered by seven local Regional Development Australia (RDA) offices, the drought-specific program provides small business owners with mentoring, practical advice and workshops to build essential business knowledge, skills and capabilities.

Support will include:

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions.
  • Group workshops covering topics such as financial resilience, cashflow management, drought plan preparation, succession planning, emerging technologies to improve farm efficiency, supply chain management, and more.
  • Training sessions to help businesses adapt operations and explore new opportunities.
