How to use the calculator

  1. Input the mandatory fields in the calculator for your solar and/or battery product and then click “Calculate”. (The minimum “total installed capital cost” needs to be $5,000 to generate a calculation).
  2. If purchasing more than one item, you can select the “Add another opportunity” and add the required information for each additional purchase.
  3. Ensure you add all the items you want to include in your grant application before you select “Calculate”.
  4. Select “Calculate” and you will be taken to a new page that includes a summary of savings per item and total savings for all items selected.
  5. Click “Print & Save” to save the completed calculation. This calculation needs to be included with your application
