About

Strengthening business capability

Building the visibility of South Australia’s business leaders. The people who lead, support and advocate for South Australia’s business communities play an important role in helping others succeed. But how confidently are we communicating our own value, sharing our ideas and making the work we do visible?

This interactive 90-minute workshop will explore what it means to be a visible leader, whether you’re leading a Chamber, running a business, representing an organisation or championing your local business community.

Led by Amy Springhall, founder of The Visibility Project, the session will give business leaders practical tools to communicate what they do and why it matters, speak about their work without feeling like they’re “selling themselves”, and become more confident sharing their ideas with the people who need to hear them.

This won’t be a sit-and-listen session. Participants will have the opportunity to put the ideas into practice through guided exercises and networking, building confidence speaking to different audiences and making meaningful connections across the room. Come ready to think about how you show up, speak up and make your work more visible, and leave with practical tools, stronger connections and greater confidence to champion your business, organisation and community.
