Help us shape what’s next for small business support

The Office for Small and Family Business is inviting people who have taken part in programs under South Australia’s Small Business Strategy to share their experience through a short survey.

We want to understand what participants found useful, whether the support made a difference to them or their business, and what could be improved. Their feedback will help inform future programs and ensure support continues to meet the needs of South Australian small businesses.

We kindly ask all delivery partners (including those with post completion reporting requirements) to support this work by sharing the survey with participants who took part in the OSFB program you delivered between 2023 and July 2026.

Please use the suggested copy below in your emails, newsletters, websites and social media channels.

You will need to add your program name where indicated so recipients can easily recognise the support they received.

The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete. People who have participated in more than one program can provide feedback on each one separately.

If there are sufficient responses from your program participants, high-level feedback and results will be provided.
