Small Business Week returns from 22 to 26 September 2025 with a program of events, workshops and online content designed to help small businesses grow and succeed.

Delivered by the Office for Small and Family Business in collaboration with the Small Business Commissioner SA, the Industry Advocate and the Commissioner for Consumer and Business Services, the program brings together business leaders, industry experts and government to share insights tailored to the needs of small business.

There are lots of ways you can refresh your business and ensure you’re running as efficiently as possible. Here are seven events to help you get started.

Hospitality businesses rely on their people to deliver exceptional service. This practical session will explore what motivates staff, how to build strong team culture, and how to hold performance conversations that inspire loyalty and accountability.
