Have your say on SA business regulations

A new SA Business Survey has been launched to find out what businesses think of South Australian regulations and to investigate opportunities for reform.

The survey is part of an enquiry run by the South Australian Productivity Commission (SAPC) on how to reform SA’s regulatory environment to improve the state’s business conditions.

The survey responses will help the SAPC develop and deliver independent recommendations to the SA Government.

The survey and enquiry are only focused on regulation that is made and applied by the SA Government – not Commonwealth Government regulation.

Take the survey

The SA Business Survey is open until Friday, 23 July, 2021. Responses will be anonymous unless respondents want to provide their contact details.

The survey results will be used for the SAPC’s final report to be publicly released in January 2022.
