General Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Government Party refers to the Minister for Arts.

Eligible Venue refers to the venue named in the Registration Form that meets the Eligibility Criteria under the Program.

Eligibility Criteria means the eligibility criteria for the Program as set out in the Program Guidelines.

Eligible Expenditure refers to the eligible expenditure as set out in the Program Guidelines which must be incurred by the Eligible Venue for the Purpose during the Eligible Activity Period.

Eligible Activity Period means to the period between 1 December 2022 and 16 April 2023 which is the period within which the Eligible activity can occur.

Activity Redemption Period means to the period between 1 December 2022 and 30 April 2023 which is the period when codes for e-vouchers may be redeemed for reimbursement.

Grant means the amount of $400.00 (Plus GST where applicable).

Grant Agreement refers to these terms and conditions and the Registration Form completed by the Eligible Venue for the Program (Registration Form).

Plus GST” means plus any GST to the extent that there is a “Taxable Supply” under the Grant Agreement.

Program means the See It LIVE e-vouchers Program

Program Guidelines refers to the guidelines for the Program.

Purpose refers to the reimbursement of expenses incurred to cover the fees for musicians during the Eligible Activity Period as outlined in the Registration Form and as approved by the Government Party.

The Grant is provided subject to the Eligible Venue being deemed eligible by the Government Party to receive the Grant, and the Eligible Venue complying with the Grant Agreement, which includes the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Eligible Venue must only use the Grant for the Purpose and only on Eligible Expenditure within the Eligible Activity Period.
  2. The Eligible Venue must provide an acquittal to the value of the Grant in the form provided by the Government Party before the Activity Redemption Period End Date.
  3. The Eligible Venue agrees to provide any and all information as requested by the Government Party for the Government Party to be satisfied that the Eligible Venue is using the Grant for the Purpose.
  4. If the Eligible Venue fails to comply with this Grant Agreement at any time, the Government Party may:
  • (a) require the Eligible Venue to repay either the whole or a portion of the Grant (whether expended or not) within 14 days of a written demand from the Government Party;
  • (b) withhold funds not already paid;
  • (c) withhold future grants from the Eligible Venue; and/or
  • (d) terminate this Grant Agreement.

Terms and Conditions for Not-For-Profit Organisations

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
