Small Business Commissioner

Facilitate alternative dispute resolution process and to advocate, collaborate and engage on issues impacting your small business.

Every small business may experience problems at some stage between you and another business or government.

The Office of the Small Business Commissioner provides a range of services and support to South Australian small businesses.

The Small Business Commissioner can help your business:

  • facilitate alternative dispute resolution processes between small businesses, and between small business and State or Local government
  • advocate on behalf of the small business community, or a section of it, regarding collective issues
  • collaborate with stakeholders and engage with small businesses to provide information and guidance
  • administer and enforcing legislative powers and responsibilities assigned to the Small Business Commissioner.
