Celebrating women who are changing the game

The 2024 Women in Innovation (WINN) Awards have wrapped up, celebrating some of South Australia’s most groundbreaking female innovators, including the inaugural Fearless Innovator Grants Program recipients.

Funded by the South Australian Government in partnership with WINN and the Fearless Females Network, the grants help innovative South Australian women access the capital they need to grow their business into national and global enterprises.

The Program awards grants through two streams:

  • Accelerate - providing up to $10,000 to fast-track business growth, and
  • Scale Up, offering up to $30,000 to support businesses expansion globally.

The inaugural 2024 winners are:

Scale-Up grant

  • Natalie Michels – Coiltek Manufacturing
  • Jessica Tilbrook – Glow Group

Accelerate grant recipients

  • Kirsty Parkin – Supaglu
  • Deborah Faehrmann – Healthy Heads
  • Amelie Parker and Fiona Goodsite – Tutbob
  • Emma Wiltshire – FullHouse

Grant funds can be utilised for various purposes, including travel for trade missions and key meetings, skill development, prototype development, advisory services and business growth.
