The latest round of the Women in Business Foundations Program has now opened, offering more mentoring services to help businesswomen overcome challenges, amplify their impact, and develop growth strategies for their businesses.

As part of the SA Government’s $4 million Women in Business initiative, business owners will be matched with experienced professional mentors to identify new opportunities and strengthen their fundamental business skills.

Delivered by the Adelaide Business Hub, women can receive up to six hours of one-on-one mentoring, as well as developing a tailored implementation plan to embed foundational skills in areas such as:

  • Financial and accounting literacy
  • Human Resources
  • Insurance, tax and legal
  • Business planning and growth strategies
  • Digital marketing strategies
  • Cyber security preparation
  • Securing finance for startup and growth

The Program is available to eligible participants for a highly subsidised rate of $220 incl. GST.

Launched in 2022, the Women in Business Foundations Program has engaged more than 1500 participants to date, enabling women to build knowledge and capability in areas such as digital marketing, finance and accounting, human resources and succession planning.
