The program is being delivered across metropolitan and regional areas, supporting business owners in a range of industries including creative businesses, social enterprises, hospitality, tourism, wine, and more.

The program is designed for:

• Small businesses looking to build stronger foundations
• Business owners managing many responsibilities on their own
• Operators seeking expert guidance but unsure where to start.

Eligible businesses can access one-on-one, group or online mentoring with experienced advisors to identify opportunities and work through challenges.

Workshops and training are also available on practical topics such as financial management, cash flow, budgeting, strategic planning, sales and marketing.

The Small Business Fundamentals Program is a key initiative under South Australia’s Small Business Strategy 2023-2030, supporting businesses to build resilience and grow with confidence.
