As the Founder and Managing Director of Possible Consulting, and the Multicultural Business and Entrepreneur Network (MBEN), Possible is passionate about economic development for individuals from multicultural backgrounds through employment opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures. Possible’s leadership focus is to support employers with their cultural diversity and inclusion strategic plan to promote inclusive organisational culture.

With over a decade of experience in employment industry, Possible currently holds Board positions such as Deputy Chair at the South Australian Social Enterprise Council (SASEC), and Taskforce Member with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations Adelaide North Local Jobs Program. Possible is a fervent leader shaping positive mindsets with a shared commitment to overcome organisational challenges.
