2024 Tax Time toolkit for small businesses

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has launched its 2024 Tax Time Toolkit for small businesses.

Every year, the ATO updates this toolkit with information to help small business owners meet their tax obligations.

The toolkit provides a range of information, resources, tools, calculators, and services available to help you at tax time and all year around.

Small business owners can also check out the ATO’s online learning platform for small businesses called ‘Essentials to strengthen your small business’ which includes short and free courses about essential topics to improve your tax and super knowledge.

Six additional new courses have been added to this online platform to help you learn more about concessions, losses, reporting payments made to contractors, capital gains tax, and more.
