The Fair Work Ombudsman is making it easier for small business operators to access information about their workplace rights and obligations.

By visiting the Small Business Showcase, employers can access resources, advice and information and covers everything from:

• calculating pay
• managing employee performance
• flexible work and permanent employment requests
• Employer Advisory Service
• record keeping
• tools and resources to help you run your business, and more.

You can also access information and resources on the changes to the Fair Work Act as part of the new ‘Closing Loopholes’ laws.
