Proposals are now open for providers to deliver round two of the Small Business Fundamentals Program.
An initiative within South Australia’s Small Business Strategy 2023-2030, the program is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced providers that can support small and family businesses, as well as social enterprises, to build their business know-how and capabilities through coaching and mentoring programs.
The successful providers will deliver advisory services that help business owners build fundamental knowledge and skills across financial management, cash flow and budgeting, business and strategic planning, and sales and marketing.
Organisations whose expertise and capability extends to areas such as leadership and management, staff recruitment, business efficiency, risk management, and succession planning, will be viewed favourably.
Successful organisations will deliver subsidised services to small businesses across the state, including regional businesses, First Nations business owners, women, small business owners living with disability, and culturally and linguistically diverse business owners.
Funding of up to $250,000 (ex GST) is available per application.
Proposals will need to include in-person and online advisory services, as well as workshops to complement mentoring and coaching sessions.
Applications close 5pm ACDT 28 February 2025.
