The service provides access to expert advisors and tailored solutions, equipping small businesses with the tools needed to face today’s cyber challenges.
What does the service offer?
- Cyber Health Check: A quick, online assessment to gauge your business's resilience. This health check, combined with a free consultation, helps small businesses understand and address potential risks.
- Incident Response Hotline: Immediate support from cyber experts to help you manage and recover from incidents like email compromises, phishing attacks, ransomware, and more.
- Small Business Cyber First Aid: Guidance to restore security following unauthorised access or other cyber incidents.
- Personalised Client Portal: Eligible businesses can access a private portal with their cyber risk assessment results, action plans, and resources to continue building resilience.
Who’s eligible?
The service is available at no cost to small businesses in Australia with up to 19 full-time equivalent employees (excluding the owner). All you need is an active ABN and a desire to protect your business’s digital assets.
