Local businesses are being encouraged to register for the Industry Climate Change Conference to explore how South Australian businesses can achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions.
The inaugural conference, which is being held on 20-21 April, brings together industry, business and government representatives from across South Australia to build a clean, green and renewable future for the state.
Hosted by the Government of South Australia, the conference will feature presentations and workshops that focus on the opportunities and challenges of a net zero emissions future.
The South Australian Government has committed to reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 50 per cent by 2030, achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and achieving 100 per cent net renewable energy generation by 2030.
