    The Office for Small and Family Business will bring Port Lincoln a tailored Small Business Week event specifically created to provide local small and family businesses with relevant insights and support to address current challenges and opportunities.

    Join this event for all three sessions across one day, or pick and choose what’s most relevant to you and your business. Join us for an early morning breakfast session on export success for small business, stay on for the following session to hear important insights on compliance and regulation from experts who can provide the tools and support you need.

    Come back and join us for a late afternoon session followed by networking and happy hour drinks. You’ll gain the latest insights on workforce and recruitment, including discussion of attraction and retention strategies, managing competition, re-training and skilled migration.

    Essential Resources for Small Business Export Success

    In this session you will gain insights into the services provided by the Department for Trade and Investment and Austrade.

    A local expert will help you to explore the array of tools tailored for both novice exporters and those already engaged in exporting. You will also participate in a comprehensive market intelligence session, focussing on key markets, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia.

    Compliance and Regulation

    Get helpful insights on a range of compliance and regulation issues relevant to small businesses. More information on expert speakers and topics to be announced.

    Workforce and Recruitment

    Join this session to hear about the latest recruitment strategies, including insights and advice for attraction and retention in a competitive and challenging market.

    This session will also provide information about skilled migration including what you need to know, and the steps to take to consider, attract and employ skilled migrants in your business.
