Small Business Week 2024 is coming to the regions, with events in Kangaroo Island, Adelaide Hills, Berri, Port Pirie and Port Lincoln from 29 April to 3 May to boost the knowledge and skills of small business owners.
A series of workshops and masterclasses will cover topics including business growth, budgeting and finance, cyber security, workforce and recruitment, environmental sustainability, exporting, and more.
Director of the Australian Centre for Business Growth, Ryan Williams, will be visiting Berri on Tuesday 30 April and Port Pirie on Wednesday 1 May to deliver business growth workshops.
The sessions, tailored specifically for regional businesses, will give you tools and information to diversify your business, unlock new revenue streams, and generate new opportunities to drive long term business growth.
“Small businesses are major employers in regional Australia but the challenges between city and regional areas are very different,” Mr Williams said.
“Diversifying revenue streams or expanding your skillset by finding new ideas to expand your business can strengthen your market presence, open new doors, and help you build strategies to prepare for uncertain times.
“By attending one of our Australian Centre for Business Growth workshops, or any session during Small Business Week, you can get the essential foundational knowledge you need on a variety of topics to drive efficiency and growth in your business.”
Small Business Week runs from Monday 29 April – Friday 3 May 2024.
